AMENDMENT 0001, DATED JANUARY 5, 2022, REMOVES AMS CONTRACT CLAUSE 3.2.1.5-5 (INTERIM) ENSURING ADEQUATE COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR FEDERAL CONTRACTORS (OCT 2021) AND PROVIDES VENDOR QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES HEREIN. THE DUE DATE OF JANUARY 21, 2022, 1400 EST REMAINS UNCHANGED. SEE THE AMENDMENT ATTACHED, NAMED 693KA9-22-R-00001-0001, ALONG WITH ATTACHMENTS THERETO. FAA Connect provides the FAA Office of Civil Rights the functionality to track and ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation DBE regulations for airport and airport concession contracts under the FAA’s ambit. This support is for further development and maintenance of the FAA Civil Rights Connect System for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Airport Concessions DBE (ACDBE), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VI”), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) modules. This procurement provides for new and critically needed development of the existing FAA Connect to add functionality and mechanisms to provide improved customer service, and also to add necessary maintenance of the system.
