This is a market survey to assess interest and capabilities for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract to provide Spin and Spin Recovery Training for FAA Aircraft Certification Flight Test Pilots. The contractor would deliver ground school and flight training as described in AC61-67 and applicable to 14 CFR 23.2150. Responses should include a capability statement, geographic area where training will be offered, and an approach for accomplishing the work.
