The FAA is conducting a market survey/capability assessment for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to supply test equipment required to support the National Airspace System (NAS). The survey seeks statements of interest and capabilities from vendors, especially small businesses, to inform acquisition planning, and responses will be used for informational purposes only. The BPA may cover multiple test equipment items with estimated annual quantities in the attached Statement of Work, and respondents must list the equipment they can supply. Equipment would be shipped to multiple government locations within and outside CONUS. Based on historical performance, the contract is anticipated to be set aside to Small Businesses under NAICS 334513 with a size standard of 750, and this is not a request for proposals or offers.
