This is a Market Survey to inform the acquisition strategy for initial and recurrent ground and flight training for the Critical Incident Response Program (CIRP). The FAA anticipates awarding a one-time, Firm-Fixed-Price contract, with the nature of the competition (full and open or set-aside) yet to be determined. Responses are for planning and budgetary purposes only; this is not a request for proposals and the FAA will not pay for any information or costs incurred. Interested vendors must address specific company information, requirements based on a draft Performance Work Statement, and their capability statement, with submissions limited to 20 pages. All responses must be received electronically by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, 2 April 2026.
