SINGLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION Purpose of Announcment: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected sourcxe via single source procedures. This procurement is to lease a 4G data circuit/service to be used as the secondary circuit for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Internet Services. The proposed action is a follow-on contract from previous contract number 6973GH-22-P-00003. AT&T currently provides the 4 gigabit data circuit that is required to support the data bandwidth necessary for the secondary internet access point at the Aeronautical Center. Currently two fiber optic cables exist to provide internet service to the Aeronautical Center. These lines are owned by 1) Cox Business Services, which leases the lin to OneNet, and by 2) AT&T. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
