This Sources Sought notice is being issued to assist the FAA in meeting ongoing requirements for Moving Services. These services will be required for commercial, and industrial type of facilities located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). Contractors shall provide all labor and truck specified in Statement of Work (SOW) Draft required for all work as described in the applicable contract documents. (See attached Statement of Work Draft) The intent for Contract performance period is a one-year base period with four 1-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Due to urgent requirements and expedited turn-around times, completion of projects, etc., Offerors MUST have a primary location within 50-mile radius of the MMAC. The responses to the Market Survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or cost incurred in preparing the response to the Source Sought Notice. Therefore, any cost associated with the submission is solely at the interested vendors expense. The notice is also being used to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the Requirement amongst Small Businesss, Services Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses or 8(a) Certified Firms. Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) Certification Letter or Self-Certify their Small Business Status along with their capability statement. The FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify; Type of Services provided by your Firm. Size and type of services provide by previous contracts. Elaborate and provide detailed information and Past Performance information on similiar services provided. Also, provide the number of years your Organization has been in business. All responses to the Source Sought Notice must be received by May 20, 2022 at 2:30 CDT.
