NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IDENTIFIED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The responses to this announcement will be used for informational purposes only to assess the availability of competition among interested, and capable vendors. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with submissions to this announcement is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The purpose of this announcement is to solicit statements of interest from interested vendors capable of performing this requirement. The draft requirements are identified in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Responses from this announcement may be used to determine if this requirement can be set-aside for part, or all, for small businesses or for small economically disadvantaged small business. Interested SBA 8(a) participants and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) are particularly encouraged to provide responses to this announcement if interested. Each interested vendor should include the following information along with their submission: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: - Provision of services as listed in the draft Statement of Work that have been provided by your firm for similar efforts - Previous contracts and awards for similar equipment / services (elaborate: quantities, dollar amounts and provide detailed information and past performance) - Number of years in business - Please clearly state if your company can perform all requirements listed in the SOW. 2. Expected programmatic approach (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.) - Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work, including the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, service-disabled veteran-owned and 8(a) certified businesses. 3. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or budgetary estimate for the items described in the Requirements List. All responses to this announcement must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on May 5, 2020. The FAA requires that all submittals, including attachments, be submitted electronically to POC identified on this announcement.
