Responses to this Market Survey/RFI will be used for informational purposes only. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. All costs associated with the preparation or submission of responses is the responsibility of the potential source. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this Market Survey. The FAA is conducting market research, via this announcement, to determine the capabilities and interest of vendors to support the Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) for Future Air Navigation Systems (FANS) and fulfill the requirement of Regional Groups to achieve important goals of problem resolution, system performance assurance, and planning and testing of operations.
