Answer 1: Yes, This is open for bid. Question 2: Is the Mechanical Contractor to be the lead and subcontract out electrical work? Answer 2: The awardee will be the primary contractor and the prime is responsible for complying with subcontracting requirements. Question 3: Who is the control contractor that maintains the facility BAC system? Answer 3: The BAC system is maintain by the FAA. Question 4: We did not see any written specifications for the project other than the SOW. Please confirm that is correct. Answer 4: Everything is in the SOW. Question 5: Will there be an opportunity to walk the job site to confirm how the equipment will be removed and installed? If so we would like to do a site visit.
