The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement for the removal and replacement of the two (2) extend cylinders and one (1) luff cylinder, and other miscellaneous repairs of the Appleton Marine Crane installed aboard the vessel MARY ANN (FS-65). RFQ Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is post the Questions and Answers (Q&As) and include drawings.
