The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement to perform routine drydocking and repair of the Fleet Service (FS)-65 MARY ANN as identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluaton criteria. RFQ Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to update SAM to reflect the correct time zone for when quotations are due. RFQ Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to include the revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation which includes the following changes: 1. Allow the contractor to schedule the site visit on or before August 21, 2024 2. Extend the question due date to August 22, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT) 3. Extend the quotation due date to August 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT) RFQ Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to include the nameboard attachments and revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation which includes the following changes: 1. Allow the contractor to schedule the site visit on or before August 22, 2024 2. Extend the question due date to August 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT) 3. Extend the quotation due date to August 28, 2024 at 1:00 PM (PT) RFQ Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to include an as built drawing. RFQ Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers (Q&As).
