The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement to drydock, perform surface preparation of the existing coatings, recoat the vessel’s hull and a portion of the main deck, renew all sacrificial anodes, renew the propeller shafts mechanical seals, renew the main engine’s rear oil seals, overhaul the onboard crane, replace the bow bulwark, and other miscellaneous repairs for the FS-65 MARY ANN.
