The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) located in Benicia, California has a requirement for environmental consulting services which includes stormwater management, environmental compliance, and training support identified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluation criteria. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers (Q&As). Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to post additional Questions and Answers (Q&As) and authorize an extension to the solicitation.
