This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (CS/S) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is advertised as Small Business Set Aside in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS CS/S WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This CS/S SHALL be posted to beta.SAM.gov. NOTE: FBO.gov has been moved to https://beta.sam.gov/ The RFQ number is 6991PE20Q000037. This CS/S documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC number 2020-07 effective 8/31/2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The FAR clauses may be accessed in full text at the following address: https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far. The NAICS code is 336611, SIC code 3731 and the Small Business Standard is 1250 employees. The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA intends to solicit this work package to provide labor, materials and equipment to accomplish and assist with annual maintenance, repairs, inspections, calibrations, transportation, crane service and other general vessel annual support. Contractor is to coordinate with various vendors as required to accomplish all items listed in this statement of work (ATTACHMENT 1).
