The Minuteman Missile Access project is a Small Business Set-Aside Defense Access Road effort for roadway reconditioning and adding a 4-inch aggregate surface course, plus replacement of up to 27 culverts, across approximately 50 miles of variable-scope work in six North Dakota counties. The work will stay on the existing roadway bench and will be procured using the Fixed-Price Variable Scope (FPVS) contracting method. The estimated cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Anticipated milestones include advertisement in October 2026, award in December 2026, and construction from June through September 2027.
