The Minuteman Missile Access project is a Small Business Set-Aside Defense Access Road effort supporting the Air Force Minuteman ICBM program, with work located in southwestern Wyoming, southeastern Nebraska, and northeastern Colorado. This is not an invitation for bid, and plans/specifications are not available. Under a Fixed-Price Variable Scope contract, the work includes up to 85.75 miles of roadway reconditioning and re-gravelling with a 4-inch aggregate surface course (maximum 24-foot width and 4% crown) plus replacement of up to 73 culverts, all within the existing roadway bench. The estimated cost range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Anticipated advertisement is October 2026, award is December 2026, and construction is expected April through September 2027.
