This is not an invitation for bid and plans/specifications are not available; the small-business set-aside project is for resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation of Burro Creek Road in Mohave County, Arizona, about 71 miles southwest of Kingman, covering roughly 1.3 miles from the Burro Creek bridge to the cattle guard near US Hwy 93. Major work includes full-depth reclamation and asphalt concrete pavement, culvert and drainage improvements, ditch reconditioning, embankment and slope stabilization, bridge-approach repairs, traffic signs, pavement markings, and boulder placement. The project consists of base Schedule A for primary roadway rehabilitation plus Option X for bridge sedimentation repair, bridge-approach undercutting work, and boulder placement. Anticipated schedule: advertisement in October 2026, award in January 2027, and construction from January 2027 through October 2027. Estimated cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
