The estimated cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, and the project is anticipated to be advertised in fall 2026 with construction beginning in 2027 and completion in summer 2027. Interested firms must demonstrate comparable road construction experience and provide a bonding letter showing capability to bond a single $5 million project.
