THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CO OMAD 300(67) Minuteman Missile Access Roads project consists of multiple aggregate surface routes within Logan County & Weld County, Colorado and provides access to transportation of US Air Force Minuteman Missiles. SCOPE OF WORK: SCHEDULE A: 17 miles of linear grading, widening and regraveling of aggregate surface roads within 14 segments throughout Logan & Weld counties. Pipe culvert extensions and end sections in various locations within 14 segments. Option X Fremont Lake Road: 17 miles of reconditioning and regraveling of aggregate surface roads within 6 segments throughout Logan & weld counties. Option Y: 23 miles of reconditioning and regraveling of aggregate surface roads within 8 segments throughout Logan & weld counties. SIGNIFICANT QUANTITIES: •17 miles of Linear Grading •230,000 tons of Aggregate Surface Course •38 miles of Aggregate Surface Reconditioning •370 linear feet of Pipe Culvert (18” to 24”) •115 linear feet of Elliptical Pipe Culvert (24” to 54”) ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Advertise: May 2022 Award: July 2022 Construction: August 2022 – November 2022 ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Construction is anticipated between August 2022 and November 2022.
