This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being processed in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Subpart 19.5. The solicitation number is 6982AF21Q000011. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services, with small business size standard $ $7.0 Million DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD). The Contractor shall provide to the Government Revegetation Services. CONTRACT TYPE: The requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price open market Purchase Order (PO). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: A tentative start date of the Period of Performance (POP) is 09/14/2021. The project completion date is October 29, 2021.
