This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is being processed in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Subpart 19.5. The solicitation number is 6982AF21Q000006. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 511210 - Software Publishers, with small business size standard $41,500,000 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD). The Contractor shall provide to the Government the following items: 111 Revu Standard Licenses and annual maintenance. CONTRACT TYPE: The requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance of this purchase order is a total of 2 years if all options are exercised. Base: 7/1/2021-6/30/2022 and 1 Option Year 7/1/2022-6/30/2023.
