This scope of work is to provide aerial photography, scanned images, and ground classified LiDAR for the floodplain area affecting Kelbaker Road. The total floodplain area is approximately 2.5 square miles. Topographic mapping will be developed from photogrammetry and LIDAR for the dimensions of the various locals noted above. Refer to Google Earth KMZ files for the aerial photography and LiDAR floodplain area, and the roadway compilation mapping area. Morning Star Mine Rd. is located in a desert area within the Mojave National Preserve with south terminus at the ghost town of Cima CA. Kelbaker Rd. runs North from Kelso CA and is surrounded by the dry wash area adjacent to the intersection of Kelbaker and Cima roads – approximately two and one half square miles. Drones are not allowed in Federal Parks.
