THIS IS AN INVITATION FOR BID The CO FLAP DEN 56(1) Access Connections to ROAR project is located in Adams County, Colorado, in the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. The project is a series of trails, pedestrian bridges and parking lots within the Refuge. The general scope of improvements is construction of approximately 8.03 miles of a new multi-use trail described as follows: Approx. 7.73 miles of new crusher fines trail Approx. 1105 feet of trail widening Four prefabricated bridges (approx. 140 feet in length total) Four paved parking areas with associated access road connections Construction work includes linear grading, aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, drainage culvert installation, bridgework, pavement markings, wooden fencing, utility relocation, traffic signal and signs.
