The FAA reserves the right to only allow those interested parties that provide all the requested information to address the criteria and fully respond to this SIR in this first phase to participate in the next phase; the FAA may, however, waive any requirement, or accept minor irregularities and discrepancies if doing so is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA. The delineated area for this acquisition is within the Central Business Area of Kansas City. Square Feet (ABOA): 49,899-64,893 Space Type: Class A or B Office Space (All offered space must be contiguous or on contiguous floors.) Parking Spaces: 244 spaces on-site or within 1/8 mile of the site. 25 of the spaces will need capability to install electric vehicle chargers. Handicapped spaces must be on-site.
