The FAA is conducting market research via this Sources Sought/RFI to assess interest in a potential IDIQ contract for full-service facility maintenance services; it is not a solicitation and does not entitle respondents to payment. The work would cover full-service facility maintenance, repairs, and maintenance of building-related systems and equipment at the FAA-owned building at 3721 Macintosh Drive, Warrenton, VA. The facility is a 149,402-square-foot, two-level concrete and masonry commercial/office building constructed in 2007 on a 3.43-acre lot. Interested firms are asked to provide their business name, SAM.gov UEID, and business size classification under NAICS 561210, including socioeconomic statuses. They are also asked to list similar facility support services contracts with total dollar values and government contract numbers and summarize their experience executing and coordinating such contracts.
