Amendment 0003 is issued to provide question and answer. Amendment 0002 is issued to add a second site visit scheduled for Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 5pm EST. Pre-Proposal Site Visit Attendance List. Amendment 0001 is issued for questions and answers and to add a supplemental drawing. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), College Park Regional Office, Enroute Construction, has a new construction effort for the replacement of cabinets, countertops and sink casings including Option #1 Janitor closet renovation at the Child Care Facility Atlanta (ZTL) Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Hampton, GA. This project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 236220, size standard of $45 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Cabinet Specifications, Drawings, Janitor Closet Specifications and DOL Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 5:00 pm EST. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver’s license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance 24 hours in advance to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. Required COVID PROTOCOL: All attendees will be required to wear a mask - no exceptions are allowed. Contractors will be required to follow COVID Protocols at that facility and they may change based on fluctuations in cases and individual facility needs. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are strongly encouraged to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will NOT be sent out in electronic copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to ALL the requirements of the RFO/SIR specifically Section B, L and M.
