The FAA is conducting a market survey to identify interested sources capable of designing and constructing a finished pre-engineered metal storage garage at the Boise Air Traffic Control Tower (Gowen Field), 2901 Ed Stimpson Way, Boise, ID 83642. The project includes a 53' x 90' x 18' eave-height PEMB with concrete pier/skirt foundation work, two large roll-up doors, personnel doors, insulation, heating/ventilation, LED lighting, and adjacent heavy-duty asphalt paving, while plumbing and sub-surface drainage are excluded. Estimated project value is $450,000 to $650,000 under a firm-fixed-price contract, with anticipated performance of 90 calendar days / 12 weeks from Notice to Proceed. Interested Small Business prime contractors with active SAM.gov registration under NAICS 236220 or 236210 are invited to submit capability statements demonstrating relevant PEMB, foundation augering, asphalt paving, past performance, key personnel, bonding capacity of at least $500,000, and proof of Idaho insurability. The FAA may use responses to evaluate industry capabilities and establish a qualified vendor list; this market survey is not an RFP/SIR and does not commit the Government to award.
