Consolidated Elevator Maintenance at Kona & Honolulu ATCT
This contract is for the maintenance of elevators, with the goal of preserving their condition and performance throughout the contract period. It is now a full and open competition opportunity. The contractor must perform monthly inspections and adjustments, and provide minor repairs or replacement parts costing $700 or less at no additional cost. Major part replacements are also covered, with parts priced at the contractor’s best available rate but labor and installation provided at no cost to the FAA. Emergency services and routine repairs are included at no additional cost to the government.
