Grounds Maintenance at the Northern California TRACON and Oakland ARTCC

The FAA intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for grounds maintenance at the Northern California TRACON in Mather, CA and the Oakland ARTCC in Fremont, CA. Optional site visits are scheduled at each facility on August 18 and August 19, 2026, respectively. Performance will follow the attached Statement of Work, with proposals evaluated per the specified evaluation factors. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all communications must be conducted via email.
