Anchorage (ANC) ATCT and TRACON - INDUSTRY DAY
The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking a General Contractor for the design and construction of a new Air Traffic Control Tower and Terminal Radar Approach Control facility at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in Anchorage, Alaska. The project has an estimated budget of $200 million to $325 million. The scope includes a roughly 252-foot tower and a 30,000-50,000 square foot base building, along with extensive site and infrastructure work. The FAA will hold virtual one-on-one industry meetings during the week of April 20, 2026, to discuss the project and gather feedback on contract type, potential challenges, and subcontracting plans. Interested contractors must demonstrate significant past performance on similar large, complex projects and have specific key personnel in place.
