This is a contract for comprehensive janitorial services at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) facilities, as detailed in the attached appendices. The contractor must provide a dedicated Contract Manager, ensure all personnel are trained on proper safety and cleaning procedures, and establish a Quality Control Plan for approval within 10 days of award. The contractor is responsible for submitting and updating employee lists and must meet with government representatives for quarterly performance reviews.
