8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This is a contract for comprehensive janitorial services at FAA facilities, requiring strict adherence to a detailed Statement of Work. The contractor must appoint a qualified Contract Manager, provide extensive employee training on safety and procedures, and establish a Quality Control Plan for government approval within 10 days of award.
