This is a Screening Information Request (SIR) for an Integration Pilot Program to accelerate the safe commercialization and integration of eVTOL and Advanced Air Mobility aircraft into the National Airspace System. The FAA intends to competitively award at least five Other Transaction Agreements to teams consisting of a State, local, tribal, or territorial government and private sector partners. Operations must begin within 90 days after an agreement is signed, with envisioned projects including air taxis, cargo services, logistics, and demonstrations of increased automation safety. The evaluation criteria have been updated to expedite the selection process for a target date of March 3, 2026. Proposals are limited to 3 pages per evaluation criteria.
