Screening Information Request (SIR) for the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Supplies and Equipment (SAVES)
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing a strategic sourcing contract for commercial IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud services, and lifecycle management, to support DOT-wide requirements. Awards will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, with up to eight multiple-award IDIQ contracts: six reserved for small businesses and two unrestricted. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov by the proposal due date and comply with the NAICS code 541519e (size standard of 150 employees). Various amendments have been published to extend the due date and update solicitation documents, including the statement of work and attachments. Prospective bidders should monitor SAM.gov for all updates and submit proposals via email to specified FAA points of contact.
