The purpose of amendment 0001 is for the following reasons: 1. Respond to submitted questions. 2. Change submittal date from January 15, 2025, at 10:00 am EST to January 22, 2025, at 10:00 am EST. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-25-R-00119, Elevator Maintenance, at Newark Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), 118 Flagpole Rd, Newark, NJ 07114 as detailed in the Statement of Work attached to the Solicitation and in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement for Full and Open competition for Base plus 4 one-year option periods. Base Year 3/01/2025 -02/28/2026 OY 1 3/01/2026 -02/28/2027 OY 2 3/01/2027 -2/28/2028 OY 3 3/01/2028 -2/29/2029 OY 4 3/01/2029 -2/28/2030 The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations. All Questions/Requests for information (RFO) must be emailed to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez @faa.gov no later than January 7, 2025, at 10:00 am EST. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Answers to all questions will be posted on SAM.GOV via a SIR Amendment. Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez@faa.gov. Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and Submission of required proposal documentation.
