The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Janitorial Service Philadelphia Air Traffic Control Tower and Modular Offices. This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement Total Set-Aside for Service Disable Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Base plus Four (4) One-year option periods. Base Year 5/01/ 2025 – 4/30/2026 OY 1 5/01/2026 - 4/30/2027 OY 2 5/01/2027 - 4/30/2028 OY 3 5/01/2028 - 4/30/2029 OY 4 5/01/2029 -4/30/2030 The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations. All Questions/Requests for information (RFO) must be emailed to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez @faa.gov and Josh.Haker@faa.gov, no later than March 7, 2025, at 10:00 am EST. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Answers to all questions will be posted on SAM.GOV via an SIR Amendment. Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez@faa.gov. Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and Submission of required proposal documentation.
