The FAA will provide the vendor within one week of contract award with the base cans required to manufacture the pre-cast lamp housing assembly foundations referenced in drawings attached to this solicitation. The FAA will offload the pre-cast products upon delivery. Basis of Award: This RFQ is expected to result in a firm-fixed priced, single award to a single vendor. The procurement/award approach is a competitive, total small business set-aside awarding to offeror/offer demonstrating adequate response to RFQ requirements and determined lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with price fair and reasonable.
