Grounds Maintenance Services for various FAA faciltiies surrounding and including the Albany Air Traffic Control Tower in Albany, Georgia and various FAA facilities surrounding and including the Dothan Air Traffic Control Tower in Dothan, Alabama. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking proposals with the intent to award a ground maintenance services contract at various facillitiies in/around Albany, Georgia including the Albany Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and various facilities in/around Dothan, Alabama, including the Dothan ATCT. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 – Landscaping Services. Performance Begins 12/01/2024 for the base year plus four (4) option years.
