This time is needed to answers questions submitted by offerors. Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the closing date to August 15, 2024, to update DOL wage rates, and to issue questions and answers. The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, Atlanta Office has a construction effort to refurbish the cooling towers at the Miami Air Route Traffic Control Center in Miami, Florida. This project is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 236220,size standard $45.0 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Payment and Performance bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 9:00 am. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. All RFIs must be submitted in writing to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov at lesat (5) days prior to the date specified for receipt of proposals. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
