RSVP is required. -To incorporate the updated Wage Determiniation. -To extend the bid due date to August 28, 2024, 6:00PM PDT It is the responsibility of vendors to download and revie all updated attachments. The purpose of this project is to provide grounds maintenance of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Non Direction Beacon (NDB) and Medium Approach Lighting System REIL (MALSR) property, located west of the Saipan International Airport. The contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies and tools required to maintain the lawns. Contractor will also provide transportation to and from work site for contractor personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and tools required. All vehicles, mowing and spray equipment or other machines that are equipped with sparkplugs will be provided with appropriate radio frequency (RF) suppression devices. Dead weeds will be removed and properly disposed of. All refuse and rubbish, such as fallen trees, pruned tree limbs, shrubbery, cuttings and leaves resulting from the contractor's work will be removed from the FAA property and hauled away to a proper landfill. All contractors must have an active registration in SAM in order to receive the award. See Statement of Work attachment under Section J for details.

Interested sources must respond with information to confirm evidence of their qualifications and capabilities. Responses to this market survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB/8(a)), Small Businesses, or full and open competition. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with vendor's Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested vendor's expense.
