SITE VISIT: Date: Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 Time: 10am MST Location: 1290 W Navajo Street, Farmington, NM 87401 Site POC: Casey Browne, 425-559-4385 All vendors interested in attending the site visit must send an email to: Angela.Layman@faa.gov by 4pm MST on 4/30/24. The email must include the first and last name of attendee and the company they will be representing. On the day of the site visit, all attendees must bring with them a valid, government issued state ID. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for handrail and hoist safety upgrades at the Farmington, New Mexico, Air Traffic Control Tower. The solicitation, project specifications, drawings, wage rates, and past experience form are attached to this announcement. All amendments will be posted to this announcement. Offers are due May 8th, 2024 at 5pm EST. All offers MUST be emailed to Angela.Layman@faa.gov A site visit may be offered. Details with dates, instructions, and time for a site visit will be posted to this announcement. This will be a tiered evaluation. Details on the order of precedence can be found in Section M of the solicitation. All interested vendors are encouraged to submit a proposal in accordance with Section L of the solicitation.
