CHANGE QUESTIONS RESPONSE DATE FROM JULY 9, 2024, TO JULY 10, 2024 3) CHANGE PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DATE FROM JULY 12, 2024, AT 12:00 NOON EST TO JULY 18, 2024, AT 12:00 NOON EST The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-24-R-00343, Fire Protecting System Testing and Periodic (Preventive) Maintenance, at LaGuardia Air Traffic Control Tower Center, Base Building located in Flushing NY and New York Air Route Control Center (ARTCC) located in Ronkonkoma, NY, as detailed in the Statement of Work attached to the Solicitation and in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SITE VISIT SITE VISIT SITE VISIT AMENDMENT 00001- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CHANGE THE SITE VISIT DATE AND TIME DUE LIMITED RESPONSE. The Site visit I will be Tuesday July 2, 2024, at 10:00 am for LGA and 1:00 for ZNY (time subject to change). THIS SITE VISIT IS ONLY FOR THE VENDOR WHO RESPONDED BY THE DEADLINE NO OTHER VENDOR WILL BE ALLOW TO ATTEND . This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement set-aside for Total Small Business for Base plus 4 one year option periods. Base Year 10/01/2024 -09/30/2025 OY 1 10/01/2025 -09/30/2026 OY 2 10/01/2026 -09/30/2027 OY 3 10/01/2027 -09/30/2028 OY 4 10/01/2028 -09/30/2029 The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations. All Questions/Requests for information (RFO) must be emailed to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez @faa.gov no later than July 5, 2024, at 1700 EST. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Answers to all questions will be posted on SAM.GOV via a SIR Amendment. Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez@faa.gov. Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and submIssion of required proposal documentation.
