The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for Cab Window and Shade cleaning at various ATCTs in Northern California. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as an attachment in Section J. This acquisition is a set aside for certified 8(a) small businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561720. Site visits are planned as follows: 1. Monterey ATCT – Tues 04/23/24, at 8:00 am local time 2. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees. Contact information for the facility POC will be sent upon confirmation of attendance. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the SIR instructions. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract.
