Amendment 0001 incorporates the attached Questions and Responses document into the SIR. The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for Trash and Recycle Services for the Oakland ARTCC (ZOA) in Fremont, CA. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as an attachment in Section J. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 562111. Proposals will be evaluated on a tiered basis as listed below and in accordance SIR Clause SA56 Evaluation Factors for Award. First Tier: The procurement is set aside for competition among SBA certified 8(a) Small Businesses. Second Tier: If an award is not made in the first tier, competition will be among all responsible Small Business concerns. Third Tier: If an award is not made in the second tier, full and open competition among all responsible, responsive offers received from ALL tiers provided award can be made at a fair market price to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. There are no mandatory site visits for this procurement. Please submit questions or comments applicable to this SIR in written form via email to Anna F.
