The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-24-R-00245, HVAC Preventive Maintenance, at Lehigh Valley International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower Center, Allentown, PA and Reading Regional Airport Traffic Control Tower, Reading PA as detailed in the Performance Work Statement attached to the Solicitation and in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SITE VISIT SITE VISIT SITE VISIT The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visit is schedule for week of July 22, 2024. Information pertaining to the date and time of the site visit will be provided when you notify me of your intent to attend the site visit. Information provided at the site visit, as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and/or specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE TO THE SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
