The amendment extends the offer due date to 2/28/24 at 3pm. An additional amendment with answers to questions submitted by potential offerors is forthcoming. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a new construction effort for the repair of the damaged plumbing system caused by leaking pipes at the Colorado Springs, CO Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). There is no set-aside for this project. Competition is UNRESTRICTED. ESTIMATED SIZE RANGE: $50,000 - $150,000 The Request for Proposal, Wage Rates, Scope of Work, Supporting Documents, RFIs and Past Experience Form are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Thursday, Feburary 15th at 10am MST.
