Amendment 0001: This amendment: 1) provides an updated version of the SOW and FOS (see attached) Please note that attachment J-8 replaces attachment J-1 and attachment J-9 replaces attachments J-2, J-4, and J-4); 2) provides answers to vendor questions (see attached), and 3): extends the final due date to Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 5pm Mountain Time. The are no other changes to terms and conditions of the contract. Please provide signed copy of amendment with the proposal.
