The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), College Park Regional Office, Enroute Construction, has a new construction effort to replace Air Handling Units (AHU) 4 and 5 in room 110A at the Los Angeles (ZLA) Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Palmdale, CA. Amendment 0008 is issued to extend the RFO due date from Feb. 15, 2024 to 5:00pm EST; Feb. 22, 2024. Amendment 0007 is issued to incorporate Question and Answer and Air Handling Unit Commissioning Shakedown Test attachment into the RFO. Amendment 0006 Amendment 0006 is issued to incorporate Question & Answer with drawing clarification and Schneider Electric point of contact information into the Request for Offer (RFO). The amendment also extends the RFO close date to 5:00pm EST; February 15, 2024. Amendment 0005 is issued to incorporate correction to Amendment 0002, Question 5 a response and As-Built Electrical Drawings into the RFO. Amendment 0004 is issued to incorporate questions and answers with drawing clarifications into the RFO. Amendment 0003 is issued to extend the RFO due date to Wednesday, January 31st by 5:00pm EST. SITE VISIT: A site visit has been scheduled for Monday, January 8, 2024, at 9:00 am Pacific Time. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must register with a list of attendees (First and Last Name; Company) by 2:00 EST Friday, January 5, 2024, to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. All questions regarding this RFO must be emailed to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov by 2:00pm EST; Tuesday, January 9th. An amendment with questions and answers will be posted on this site Thursday, January 11th. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy.
