The Federal Aviation Administration is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for Janitorial Services at the San Francisco Air Traffic Control Tower (SFO ATCT). The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as an attachment in Section J. This acquisition is a set aside for certified 8(a) small businesses. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561720. A site visit is planned as follows: Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 9:00 am local time; San Francisco ATCT, San Francisco International Airport, 250 Upper Domestic Loop, San Francisco, California, 94128; POC: Matthew Santelises Please email the Contract Specialist at Anna.F.Glover@faa.gov with the names of those attending and the name of the company they are representing, no later than Tuesday, November 28, 2023 by 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees. Contact information for each facility POC will be sent once confirmation of attendance is received. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the SIR instructions. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract.
