The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), College Park Regional Office, Enroute Construction, has a new construction effort to remove and replace all facility doors in the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) and double doors in room 224 of the NEMC Building at the Salt Lake City (ZLC) Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Salt Lake City, UT. Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate AMS Clause 3.18-1 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – Reporting Requirements (October 2022) into this RFO. Amendment 0002 is issued to provide Questions and Answers. This project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238290, size standard of $22 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Facility Doors and NEMC Double Doors Specifications (with Drawings) and DOL Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. SITE VISIT: A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 9:00am Mountain Time. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site. All contractors MUST REGISTER by providing a list of attendees (First and Last Name; Company) to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov by 2:00pm ET; Monday, November 13, 2023. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. All questions regarding this RFO must be emailed to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov by 2:00pm ET; Thursday, October 16th. An amendment with questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov Friday, October 17th NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy.
